The hotel rooms were beautiful and clean, but facing the freeway was a drawback. The service was friendly and courteous, making the stay excellent. However, the location had some downsides with noise from the highway and issues like paying for parking. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with limited options offered at high prices.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, recommending great dining spots and how to get there. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, but they lacked a bit of furniture compared to other Hilton brands in Austin. I prefer watching TV from a sofa instead of just from the bed. Although the rooms were spacious, there was a limited viewing angle for the TV.
